Jilitk Terms & Conditions — What You Need to Know Before Playing

Jilitk (jilitk.click) is an online gaming and Sports Betting platform operating under an international licence. The Terms & Conditions on this page constitute a legal agreement between jilitk and its users. These Terms are available in both Bengali and English; in the event of any discrepancy between the two versions, the English version shall prevail.

• You must be at least 18 years old to register. Accounts found to belong to underage users will be closed and any remaining balance will not be refunded.
• Each individual may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found sharing the same IP address, device, payment method, or personal details, all associated accounts will be suspended.
• The name, date of birth, and mobile number provided at registration must be accurate. jilitk may request identity verification via national ID or passport at any time.
• Your account password must be kept confidential. Sharing your password or allowing anyone else to access your account is strictly prohibited.
• Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or rented to another person under any circumstances.

All financial transactions on jilitk are conducted in Bangladesh Taka (BDT). There are no currency conversion fees. The key terms for deposits and withdrawals are outlined below.

All deposits must come from your own payment method — sending funds from someone else's account is not permitted. jilitk reserves the right to place holds on suspicious transactions and investigate them. Any transactions linked to money laundering or illegal activity will be reported to the relevant authorities.

Withdrawals are typically processed on business days. For large amounts or unusual patterns, additional verification may be required — in such cases, processing can take up to 3 business days.

Jilitk offers a variety of bonuses and promotions — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free spins, and more. Each bonus comes with specific terms that should be read carefully before claiming.

• Wagering Requirement: To withdraw winnings earned from a bonus, you typically need to wager the bonus amount a set number of times. For example, a 5x wagering requirement on a ৳100 bonus means you must place a total of ৳500 in bets before withdrawing.
• Time Limit: Most bonuses have an expiry period — typically 7 to 30 days. If wagering requirements are not completed within this time, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Game Restrictions: Some bonuses are restricted to specific games or game types. The bonus details will specify which games are eligible.
• One Bonus per Account: Each promotion is limited to one per person, household, address, or device. Any attempt to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being closed.
• Bonus Withdrawal: jilitk reserves the right to cancel any bonus at any time, particularly if there is reason to believe the bonus was claimed with fraudulent intent.

All games on jilitk use a Random Number Generator (RNG) certified by independent third-party auditors. This means every game outcome is entirely random and not predetermined. Neither jilitk nor any of its staff can alter the result of any game.

If a technical issue or software error occurs during gameplay, the affected round may be voided and your stake refunded. jilitk is not liable for losses caused by technical problems, but a fair resolution will always be sought in such cases.

• Using any third-party software, bots, or automation tools to play games is strictly prohibited.
• If you discover any vulnerability or fault in the game system, you must report it to support immediately — attempting to exploit it for personal gain will result in account closure.
• Disrespectful behaviour toward dealers or other players in the Live Casino is not permitted. Harassment or the use of offensive language in chat may result in a temporary or permanent account suspension.
• Any attempt to manipulate the system through multiple accounts or coordinated group betting will result in the permanent closure of all accounts involved.

• If a match is cancelled due to a natural disaster or unforeseen circumstances and the required overs or time have not been completed, all stakes will be refunded.
• Match fixing or placing bets based on insider information is strictly prohibited and may be subject to legal penalties.
• Maximum bet limits apply per event and are displayed separately for each market. For large wagers, jilitk may require additional time for approval.
• If a cash-out option is available and used, the value at the moment of cash-out will be settled regardless of the final match result.

Certain activities are strictly prohibited on jilitk. These restrictions exist to protect the integrity of the platform and ensure a fair environment for all players.

• Opening multiple accounts or using someone else's account.
• Using fake identities or payment details to abuse bonuses.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technique to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to attack or disrupt the platform's servers or network.
• Money laundering or transacting with funds derived from illegal activity.
• Manipulating or defrauding other players.

Involvement in any of the above activities will result in permanent account closure, potential forfeiture of the entire balance, and legal action where necessary.

Jilitk may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice under the following circumstances.

• Violating any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• If false information provided during registration is confirmed.
• Refusing to complete KYC verification or submitting fraudulent documents.
• If suspicious or unusual transaction patterns are detected.
• Involvement in any prohibited activity.

Before closing an account, jilitk generally gives the user an opportunity to explain their side. Where the violation is clear-cut, immediate action may be taken. Any legitimate balance (excluding bonuses) is typically refunded, though exceptions may apply depending on the nature and severity of the violation.
